Ruthless
Much stronger attacks which also damage the attacker.
Ruthless is a damage enchantment which trades the users health for a large increase to weapon damage.
Obtaining
The Ruthless Enchanting Recipe can be found in Dungeon chests, Stronghold library chests, Trial Chamber vaults and Desert or Snowy Librarian trades.

Both the Sword and Axe are recipe ingredients and are consumed. The item receiving Ruthless goes in the enchanting tables item slot and is not consumed.
Usage
Ruthless multiplies the attacks final weapon damage by 1.5. After a successful hit, the attacker takes a random amount of magic damage between 2 and 4.

The self damage ignores regular armor. Gold Armors magic protection can reduce it.
Ruthless is most useful when a small number of hits can finish the fight. Fast weapons do not reduce the self damage, so attacking more often also drains health more often.
Supported items
Ruthless can be applied to Swords, Axes, Spears and Tridents. It uses one Damage slot and only works while the enchanted weapon is used from the main hand.
